Digital Storytelling - Drug Abuse

Digital Storytelling refers to using new digital tools to help ordinary people to tell their own real-life stories. The duration of this Digital Storytelling is 7 min and does not involved interactivity. It is produced in a form of a video. The elements include narrator, interviewee, text, images, voice-over, sounds and video effects. The development teams in developing the Digital Storytelling are project manager, multimedia programmer, graphic artist, interface designer, script writer and storyboard artist.

The title of the Digital Storytelling is Drug Abuse. The issues that include in the Digital Storytelling are such as the factors why people taking drugs, the effects of drugs, types of drugs, the ways of recovering after being addicted. Digital Storytelling also involve interview in order to collect information. During the interview process, the officer of Agensi Anti Dadah Kebangsaan had been choose to give the information about drug abuse such as the percentage of people taking drugs in a year and what are the activities in the agency. The Digital Story Telling has the mission, which is to tell the community how important for them to know about the bad effects of drugs.
